對甲基苯磺酸催化合成甲基丙烯酸氯乙酯 |

摘 要:以對甲基苯磺酸為催化劑,甲基丙烯酸(MA)和氯乙醇為原料合成甲基丙烯酸氯乙酯。以環(huán)己烷為帶水劑、對苯二酚為阻聚劑,考察了催化劑用量、醇酸物質(zhì)的量比、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度對收率的影響。優(yōu)化了合成工藝,結果表明,甲基丙烯酸氯乙酯合成的優(yōu)化條件為:n(氯乙醇)∶n(甲基丙烯酸)=1.4∶1、催化劑加量為2%(以反應物總質(zhì)量計)、反應時(shí)間為6 h、反應溫度為90℃,收率可達90%以上。 |

Synthesis of Methacrylic Acid Ethyl Chloride Catalyzed by p-Toluene Sulfonic Acid |

Abstract:The synthesis of methacrylic acid ethyl chloride from chloride ethanol and methyl acrylic acid(MA)catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid has been studied. Cyclohexane and hydroquinone were used as the water-carrying agent and the polymerization inhibitor,respectively. The reaction conditions such as the catalyst loading,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were studied. The target product was obtained in 90% yield under optimized conditions. |
