硝苯柳胺合成方法的研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了硝苯柳胺的三種合成方法 ,分析了其影響因素 ,比較了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并提出了各自的適用范圍。其中氯氣氯代法可在一個(gè)反應器內進(jìn)行 ,不需分離中間體 ,收率可達 90 % ;次氯酸叔丁酯對水楊酸的氯代有很強的區域專(zhuān)一性反應特性 ,用其作為氯代劑合成硝苯柳胺收率為 81% ,產(chǎn)品純度 97 9% ;用對硝基苯胺與二氯亞礬在吡啶存在下生成亞硫酰胺 ,再與 5 氯水楊酸反應合成硝苯柳胺 ,收率為 78% ,純度可達 99% |

| Study on Parths of Synthesizing Niphensamide. |

| Abstract：Three paths of synthesizing niphensamide were studied.The factors affecting each reaction were analysed. The suitable applications conditions of the paths were pointed out. In the first path, the chlorination by chlorine was used, which can carry out in a reactor without seperating the intermediates with the yield of 90%.
