二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨共聚季銨鹽的合成及性能研究 |

| 摘 要：以氯丙烯為原料 ,季銨化一步法合成二甲基二丙烯基氯化銨 (DMDAAC)后再與丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺共聚 ,制得陽(yáng)離子型聚季銨鹽 (PDMDAAC)。DMDAAC較佳合成條件為 :氯丙烯∶二甲胺∶氫氧化鈉 =2 2 0∶1 0 0∶1 0 0 (mol) ,滴加溫度 10～ 30℃ ,滴加時(shí)間 3h ,恒溫時(shí)間4h ,收率為 94 % ;PDMDAAC/AA/AM的共聚條件為 :DMDAAC∶AA +AM =1∶2 .6(mol) ,AA∶AM =1∶3.5 (mol) ,滴加溫度 60℃ ,滴加時(shí)間 3h ,恒溫時(shí)間 3 5h。研究探討了反應影響因素 ,確定了工藝條件 ,并在洗發(fā)香波中進(jìn)行了應用試驗 |

| Abstract：The synthesis of Dimethyldiallylammonium Chloride was made from Chloropropene by quaterisation,and then the copolymer of DMDAAC and AA and AM was obtained which was used widely.The optium synthetic condition were determined.At a molar ratio of chloropropene to dimethylamine to sodiun hydroxide 2.2∶1.0∶1.0,dropping temperature 10～30℃ for 3h and then constant temperature 50℃ (boiling temperature of chloropropene) for 4h, yield of DMDAAC was 94%.
