殺菌劑乙嘧酚的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以單氰胺為起始原料，經(jīng)與乙胺胍化以及與2-正丁基乙酰乙酸乙酯環(huán)合兩步得到乙嘧酚原藥，其結構經(jīng)LC／MS確認�？疾炝宋锪吓浔�、溫度、時(shí)間等因素對反應的影響，在優(yōu)惠條件下，合成總收率為67%（以單氰胺計，n／n），含量為95%。 |

| Abstract：Ethirimol was synthesized from cyanamide in two steps including the reaction of guanidine with ethylamine and the cyclization with 2-butylacetoacetate. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by LC／MS. The effects of materials ratio，reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. The title compound was obtained in 67% yield（based on cyanamide）and 95% purity under the optimal conditions. |
