新型鄰甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺衍生物的合成與生物活性研究 |

| 摘 要：合成了9個(gè)新型鄰甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺衍生物，其結構經(jīng)1H NMR進(jìn)行確證。初步殺蟲(chóng)、殺螨活性測試表明所合成的化合物在1 000 mg／L濃度下對磷翅目的粘蟲(chóng)（Mythimna separata）有100%的致死率。在500 mg／L濃度下，大多化合物對同翅目的蠶豆蚜（Aphis fabae）以及稻黑尾葉蟬（Nephotettix cincticeps）具有明顯活性，如化合物3-溴-1-（3-氯-2-吡啶基）-N-［4-氯-2-甲基-6-［（（3，3-二氯烯丙氧基）氨基）羰基］苯基］-1H-吡唑-5-甲酰胺（14c）對蠶豆蚜的致死率達到89.29%；化合物14b對葉蟬的致死率達到81.82%。在500 mg／L濃度下，所合成化合物對蜱螨目棉紅蜘蛛（Tetranchus urticae）沒(méi)有表現出明顯活性。 |

| Abstract：To search for compounds with unique biological activities，a series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives were designed and synthesized，and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results of bioassays indicated that all of the title compounds exhibited 100% insecticidal activities against lepidopte ranpests Mythimna separata at a concentration of 1 000 mg／L. Most of the compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities against Homopteran pests at a concentration of 500 mg／L. For example，14c showed 89.29% insecticidal activities against Aphis fabae，and 14b showed 81.82% insecticidal activities against Nephotettix cincticeps. All of the title compounds exhibited no acaricidal activities against mite at a concentration of 500 mg／L. |
