2-羥基-4-氯查爾酮的合成 |

摘 要:以鄰羥基苯甲醛和對氯苯乙酮為原料,乙醇為溶劑,氫氧化鉀為催化劑合成了2-羥基-4'-氯查爾酮。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗研究了原料配比、反應時(shí)間及催化劑濃度對反應的影響。堿性催化合成的優(yōu)化工藝條件為:原料配比n(鄰羥基苯甲醛)∶n(對氯苯乙酮)=1.0∶1.3,反應時(shí)間為6.0 h,催化劑氫氧化鉀的質(zhì)量百分比濃度為20%(用量為30 mL)。優(yōu)化工藝條件下的產(chǎn)品收率96.6%。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)IR光譜分析、元素分析及熔點(diǎn)測定確證。 |

Abstract:2-Hydroxy-4'-chlorachalcone was synthesized from p-chloracetophenone and 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde in ethanol catalyzed by potassium hydroxide. Best results with 96.6% yield were obtained under conditions of molar ratio of p-chloracetophenone to 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde of 1 to 1.3,catalyst concentration of 20% and reaction time of 6 h. The product was confirmed with IR spectrum,melting point and elemental analysis. |
