一種由乙�；吸S嘌呤直接制備6-氯嘌呤的新方法 |

| 摘 要：以乙�；吸S嘌呤為原料，經(jīng)三氯氧磷氯代直接制得6-氯嘌呤。該方法避免了老工藝先將乙�；吸S嘌呤脫乙�；瞥纱吸S嘌呤，然后再氯代制得6-氯嘌呤的過(guò)程�？疾炝巳妊趿椎挠昧�、縛酸劑的選擇與用量、溫度、時(shí)間對反應的影響，確定了較優(yōu)的工藝條件：n（乙�；吸S嘌呤）∶n（三氯氧磷）∶n（三乙胺）=1∶8∶1，105℃反應5 h，后處理中氨水過(guò)量10%。新方法步驟少、操作簡(jiǎn)單、三廢污染少，改進(jìn)后的工藝收率達95.0%，純度為99%，適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| A Novel Method for Preparation of 6-Chloropurine from Acetyl Hypoxanthine |

| Abstract：6-Chloropurine was prepared directly from the reaction of acetyl hypoxanthine with phosphorus oxychloride，instead of the previous route via intermediate hypoxanthine，in 95% yield. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as following：n（acetyl hypoxanthine）∶n（phosphorus oxychloride）∶n（triethylamine）=1∶8∶1，reaction temperature 105℃，reaction time 5 h. This method has advantages of fewer steps，simple workup and less wastes. |
