還原染料中間體苯繞蒽酮合成工藝優(yōu)化 |

摘 要:以次磷酸鈉為還原劑,合成了還原染料中間體苯繞蒽酮,并對合成工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化條件為:n(甘油)∶n(蒽醌)=1.5∶1,反應溫度為120~125℃,保溫1 h。在此條件下,目標產(chǎn)物純度符合標準要求。采用熔點(diǎn)測定、紅外光譜(IR)、液相色譜(HLPC)進(jìn)行分析和結構表征。 |

Synthesis Optimization of the Intermediates of Vat Dyes Benzanthrone |

Abstract:Using sodium hypophosphite as reducing agent,Synthesis of vat dyes intermediates Benzanthrone. And the synthesis process was optimized. Optimization of conditions for:The reaction temperature is 120~125℃,Insulation 1 hours,Glycerol and anthraquinone molar ratio is 1.5∶1, On this condition, The purity of the target product meets the requirements of the standard. The determination of melting point、Infrared spectroscopy(IR)、Liquid chromatography(HLPC)Analysis and structure characterization. |
