還原染料中間體苯繞蒽酮合成工藝優(yōu)化 |

| 摘 要：以次磷酸鈉為還原劑，合成了還原染料中間體苯繞蒽酮，并對合成工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化條件為：n（甘油）∶n（蒽醌）=1.5∶1，反應溫度為120～125℃，保溫1 h。在此條件下，目標產(chǎn)物純度符合標準要求。采用熔點(diǎn)測定、紅外光譜（IR）、液相色譜（HLPC）進(jìn)行分析和結構表征。 |

| Synthesis Optimization of the Intermediates of Vat Dyes Benzanthrone |

| Abstract：Using sodium hypophosphite as reducing agent，Synthesis of vat dyes intermediates Benzanthrone. And the synthesis process was optimized. Optimization of conditions for：The reaction temperature is 120～125℃，Insulation 1 hours，Glycerol and anthraquinone molar ratio is 1.5∶1, On this condition, The purity of the target product meets the requirements of the standard. The determination of melting point、Infrared spectroscopy（IR）、Liquid chromatography（HLPC）Analysis and structure characterization. |
