順丁橡膠/環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂橡塑復合材料的制備及性能研究 |

摘 要:采用機械共混制得順丁橡膠(BR)/雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂(E-44)兩網(wǎng)型橡塑復合材料?疾炝讼鹉z硫化體系與環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂固化體系的相互影響及環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂比例對順丁橡膠/環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂復合材料結構及力學(xué)性能的影響。結果表明:橡膠硫化體系加速了環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的固化。SEM與DSC分析結果表明順丁橡膠與環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂形成了兩網(wǎng)結構。隨著(zhù)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂比例的增加,拉伸強度、撕裂強度、100%定伸應力、硬度逐漸增強,扯斷伸長(cháng)率逐漸下降。 |

Study on Preparation and Properties of Butadiene Rubber/Epoxy Rubber-plastic Composites |

Abstract:Two network-based butadiene rubber(BR)/bisphenol A type epoxy resin was prepared by mechanical blending. Mutual effects between epoxy resin curing and rubber vulcanization were studied;the effects of the E-44 loading on the structure and mechanical properties of BR/E-44 composites were also evaluated. The experimental results showed that the presence of rubber system accelerated the curing of the epoxy system. The SEM and DSC data showed that polybutadiene rubber and epoxy resin had formed two networks. The tensile strength,tear strength,100% modulus,Shore “A”of the composites gradually increased with the increase of epoxy resin,elongation at break gradually decreased. |
