| 摘 要：以固體光氣為氯化試劑，二氯乙烷為反應溶劑，2-甲基-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-甲酸與固體光氣發(fā)生氯化反應，得到2-甲基-4-三氟甲基噻唑-5-甲酰氯。反應中通過(guò)調節滴加固體光氣二氯乙烷溶液的時(shí)間，來(lái)控制反應速度，使固體光氣得到充分利用；通過(guò)熱回流的方式，熱解離固體光氣，避免了解聚劑的引入；以蒸餾的方式回收了反應溶劑，實(shí)現了溶劑套用5次以上，收率大于99%，產(chǎn)品含量大于99%，副產(chǎn)鹽酸，三廢量少，已完成中試。 |

| Abstract：2-Methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-thiazole-5-formyl chloride was prepared in 99% yield（purity >99%）by reaction of 2-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-thiazole-5-formyl acid with solid phosgene in dichloroethane. The reaction rate was controlled by adjusting the addition speed of chlorinating agent. The solid phosgene could be completely thermally decomposed under reflux，so as to avoid the introduction of de-polymerization agent. The solvent was able to be recycled by distillation and be used for six circulations. |
