石斛酚的合成 |

| 摘 要：以3，5-二羥基苯甲酸甲酯和香蘭素為原料，經(jīng)芐基化、甲基化、還原、溴代、Wittig-Horner、還原反應得到4-（3-羥基-5-甲氧基苯乙基）-2-甲氧基苯酚，即石斛酚。目標化合物的結構經(jīng)1H NMR和13C NMR確證�？偸章蕿�12.7%。 |

| Synthesis of Gigantol |

| Abstract：By using 3，5-dihydroxybenzoate and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde as the starting materials，4-（3-benzyloxy-5-methoxyphenethyl）-2-metnoxyphenol（Gigantol）was synthesized in overall yield of 12.7% via reactions of benzylation，methylation，reduction，bromination and Wittig-Horner reaction. The target compound was confirmed with 1H NMR and 13C NMR. |
