超聲波對鹽基膠體鈀活性及穩定性的影響 |

摘 要:通過(guò)測量混合電位和考察催化化學(xué)鍍銅效果,研究了超聲波對鹽基膠體鈀活性及穩定性的影響。結果表明,超聲波作用時(shí)間為0~20 min時(shí),隨著(zhù)超聲時(shí)間的增加,配置的膠體鈀活化液的誘導時(shí)間縮短,活性增加,鍍銅效果好,隨后超聲的效果趨緩。超聲波作用后的鹽基膠體鈀180 d后仍然保持良好的活性,穩定性好。 |

Effect of Ultrasonic on the Activity and Stability of Salt-based Colloid Palladium |

Abstract:The effect of ultrasonic on the activity and stability of salt-based colloid palladium was investigated by measuring the mixed potential and the catalytic effect on electroless copper-plating. The results showed that during the first period of 20 minutes of ultrasonic treatment,the induction time of activation reaction of the colloid palladium shortened as the ultrasonic time increased. By the mean time,its catalytic activity and the quality of the copper plating film improved. No obvious improvement was observed after 20 min. After being activated with ultrasonic,the salt-based colloid palladium can retain good activity and stability for 180 days. |
