原位聚合法制備微膠囊香精及其表征 |

摘 要:以熱固性脲醛樹(shù)脂為囊材,茉莉香精為嚢芯,十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)為分散劑,采用原位聚合法對液體狀茉莉香精進(jìn)行包覆改性,制得流動(dòng)性好的粉末狀微膠囊改性香精。采用傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和熱重分析(TG)等對其結構、形貌和熱性能進(jìn)行了分析和表征。結果表明,液體狀香精被完全包覆,形貌完整,具有明顯的緩釋性能。 |

Preparation and Characterization of Microencapsulated Fragrance by In-situ Polymerization |

Abstract:Microencapsulated jasmine perfume was prepared by in-situ polymerization,in which thermosetting urea-formaldehyde resin was chosen as the shell material and SDS as the emulsifier. The obtained microcapsules were characterized in terms of morphology,chemical structure and thermal properties by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and thermogravimetry(TG). Results showed that the oil-soluble fragrance was encapsulated completely and therefore its release rate decreased evidently. |
