| 摘 要：石杉堿甲是第二代高效乙酰膽堿酯酶抑制劑，是治療早老性癡呆癥的有效藥物，其獨特的藥理特征和低毒性引起了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。2-甲氧基-6-羥基-7，8-二氫-5-喹啉羧酸甲酯是合成石杉堿甲的關(guān)鍵中間體，筆者從不同的起始原料、構建方法，綜述了該中間體的合成方法研究進(jìn)展。 |

| Advances in Synthesis of Methyl 6-Hydroxy-2-methoxy-7，8-dihydroquinoline-5-carboxylate，A Key Intermediate for the Synthesis of Huperzine A |

| Abstract：Huperzine A has been shown to be a second-generation of powerful selective inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase，which is a privileged drug to treat Alzheimer's disease. Because of its unique pharmacological profile and low toxicity，huperzine A has been attracted widespread attention. Synthesis of methyl 6-hydroxy-2-methoxy-7，8-dihydroquinoline-5-carboxylate as a key intermediate for the synthesis of huperzine A was reviewed based on different starting materials and synthetic methods. |
