2-羥乙基吡啶的常壓合成研究 |

摘 要:研究了以2-甲基吡啶和多聚甲醛常壓催化合成2-羥乙基吡啶的方法。從反應類(lèi)型和機理出發(fā),分析了在反應過(guò)程中不同性質(zhì)的催化劑的影響;然后根據推論,采用酸堿兩類(lèi)催化劑,并對其催化效果分析比較,發(fā)現堿性催化劑三乙胺,更有利于2-羥乙基吡啶合成;探討了催化劑量、反應比例、反應時(shí)間等影響因素,得出了適宜的反應條件:n(2-甲基吡啶)∶n(甲醛)=5∶1,在三乙胺催化下,反應時(shí)間40 h,反應收率85.2%,產(chǎn)物純度可達99.0%,水分低于1.0%。 |

Synthesis of 2-(2-Hydroxyethyl)pyridine Under Atmospheric Pressure |

Abstract:The catalytic synthesis of 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyridine from 2-methyl pyridine and paraformaldehyde under atmospheric pressure was studied. Comparison of acid and basic catalysts showed that triethylamine was the most effective catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as following:the molar ratio of 2-methyl pyridine to paraformaldehyde was 5 to 1,the reaction time was 40 h. Under these conditions,the target product was prepared in 85.2% yield with a purity of 99%. |
