帕拉米韋制備過(guò)程中手性雜質(zhì)的控制 |

| 摘 要：在帕拉米韋制備過(guò)程中，結合工藝中的過(guò)程控制來(lái)綜合控制終產(chǎn)品的光學(xué)純度是十分必要的。從引入手性中心的關(guān)鍵步驟入手，分析可能產(chǎn)生的手性雜質(zhì)的結構，并通過(guò)定向合成、柱層析等方法進(jìn)行了雜質(zhì)的制備與純化，同時(shí)采用HPLC、LC-MS等分析手段實(shí)現了手性雜質(zhì)與光學(xué)中間體的有效分離，在關(guān)鍵步驟制定了嚴格的光學(xué)純度控制標準，有效地控制了產(chǎn)品的光學(xué)純度。 |

| Chiral Impurity Control in Synthesis of Peramivir |

| Abstract：To effectively improve the enantio purity of peramivir during its preparation，the possible chiral impurities arised from the critical steps of the procedure were selectively synthesized and purified by column separation. The separation of the impurities from the chiral intermediates was investigated and succeeded by HPLC and LC-MS. |
