超聲波提取五倍子單寧酸的研究

摘 要:進(jìn)行了超聲波強化提取五倍子單寧酸的工藝研究,并通過(guò)對正交實(shí)驗結果的回歸分析,優(yōu)化了單寧酸提取工藝。結果表明適宜超聲提取工藝條件為:液料質(zhì)量比37.1∶1,提取時(shí)間57 min,超聲功率842 W,提取溫度27.4℃。在優(yōu)化超聲提取工藝條件下,單寧酸的提取率達到93.5%,比常規提取率提高了28.4%。

Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of tannin acid in Chinese Gall was studied. According to the quadratic orthogonal regression,the results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solvent to solid was 37.1∶1(m/m),the extraction time was 57 min,the extraction temperature was 27.4℃,the ultrasonic power was 842 W. Under the optimized techniques,the extraction ratio of tannin acid was up to 93.5%.
