熔鹽法制備片狀Y2O3：Eu的研究 |

| 摘 要：為擴展熒光粉的適用范圍，采用均相沉淀－熔鹽法合成了片狀Y2O3：Eu紅色熒光粉，制備了表面平整光滑、分散性好的片狀Y2O3：Eu3＋晶體，大小尺寸為1.5×2.5 μm、厚度為100~200 nm，是具有納米級厚度的薄片。其樣品沉淀劑的滴定速度也對前驅體的粒度有較大影響，C2O42-的濃度為0.5 mol／L。對熒光粉的發(fā)光性能進(jìn)行了分析，通過(guò)測量激發(fā)和發(fā)射光譜，于611 nm（5D0→7F2）產(chǎn)生高效的強發(fā)射。確定了合成條件對Y2O3：Eu形貌、粒徑及發(fā)光性能的關(guān)系。 |

| Study on Preparation of Y2O3：Eu by Molten Salt Method |

| Abstract：A red-emitting phosphor Y2O3：Eu flake was directly prepared by homogeneous precipitation-molten salt. The flake has a size of 1.5×2.5 μm，thickness of 100 to 200 nm，smooth surface and good dispersion. The experimental results showed that the titration speed of the precipitant had comparatively large influence upon the granularity of the precursor. The luminescence property of the phosphor was analyzed by measure of the fluorescence excitation and emission spectra. The maximum excitation wavelength was 611 nm. The influences of synthetic conditions on the morphology，particle size and luminescence of the phosphor were explored. |
