多元醇對氯醚橡膠力學(xué)性能的影響研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了3種多元醇--丙三醇（Gly）、三羥甲基丙烷（TMP）和季戊四醇（PER）對共聚型氯醚橡膠（ECO）硫化特性、交聯(lián)密度、力學(xué)性能的影響。結果表明，添加丙三醇的膠料的焦燒時(shí)間與正硫化時(shí)間最短，交聯(lián)密度最大，力學(xué)性能最好。丙三醇用量為2 phr、炭黑用量為40 phr時(shí)膠料的拉伸強度達14.1 MPa，扯斷伸長(cháng)率達685%，300%定伸應力達6.8 MPa，硬度為63。 |

| Study on Effects of Poly-alcohol on Mechanical Properties of Epichlorohydrin Rubber |

| Abstract：Effects of three poly-alcohols（glycerol，trimethylolpropane，pentaerythritol）on the curing characteristics，crosslinking densities and mechanical properties of epichlorohydrin rubber have been evaluated. The results indicated that the rubber containing glycerol had the shortest scorch time and optimum cure time，the maximum crosslinking densities and the best mechanical properties. When the loading of glycerol and carbon black were 2 phr and 40 phr respectively，the tensile strength of rubber composite is 14.1 MPa；the elongation at break is 685%；the 300% modulus is 6.8MPa；and the Shore“A”is 63. |
