環(huán)氧啉10%可濕性粉劑的液相色譜分析方法 |

摘 要:采用硅膠色譜柱和二極管陣列檢測器,以正己烷/乙腈/二氯甲烷/異丙醇 (70/10/10/10,v/v/v/v)為流動(dòng)相,流速1.5 mL/min、檢測波長(cháng)265 nm,建立了環(huán)氧啉10%可濕性粉劑的高效液相色譜方法。環(huán)氧啉在1~50 mg/L 范圍內線(xiàn)性回歸方程為y=144 814x-15 756,相關(guān)系數為0.999 9,平均回收率為99.1%,方法的標準偏差為0.04,變異系數為0.38%。方法快速、靈敏度高、重現性好,可用于環(huán)氧啉10%可濕性粉劑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制與分析。 |

Determination of Cycloxylidin by Normal Phase HPLC |

Abstract:A normal-phase HPLC method was developed for the determination of cycloxylidin with a silica-gel column and an UV detector at wavelength of 265 nm. A mobile phase consisting of n-hexane/acetonitrile/dichloromethane/isopropanol (70/10/10/10,v/v)was used at a flow rate of 1.5 ml/min. The results showed that the 1inear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 with the concentration range from 0.02 to 20.0 mg/L,together with an average recovery of 99.1%,the standard deviation of 0.04 and the coefficient of variation of 0.38%. |
