| 摘 要：核酸在活體細胞中發(fā)揮著(zhù)重要的作用，它們通過(guò)存儲和轉錄基因信息直接控制蛋白質(zhì)的表達，在分子生物學(xué)方面有著(zhù)廣泛的應用。人工合成的寡核苷酸以其可以隨心所欲地合成所需序列，雜交時(shí)間短，價(jià)格低廉越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。綜述了以天然脫氧核糖核酸的組成中脫氧尿嘧啶核苷為基礎，對其堿基的5位進(jìn)行結構修飾的研究進(jìn)展，展望了其發(fā)展趨勢及應用前景。 |

| Abstract：Nucleic acids play an important role in living cells by their storage and transcription of genetic information，thus directly control the expression of the protein. Chemically synthetic oligonucleotides have attracted more attentions because of their low price and short hybridization time. Chemical modification of the natural DNA has been described. The future trends and prospects of the above derivatives were also presented． |
