| 摘 要：以丙烯酸甲酯、溴素為原料合成2，3-二溴丙酸甲酯，然后與甲醇鈉反應合成2，3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯。通過(guò)條件實(shí)驗獲得了較佳反應條件：n（甲醇鈉）∶n（2，3-二溴丙酸甲酯）=1.8∶1.0，反應溫度為20℃，反應時(shí)間為10 h。在該條件下，2，3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯含量達68.7%（GC），精餾純化收率達57.8％。 |

| Abstract：Methyl 2，3-dibromopropanoate was synthesized from methyl acrylate by reaction with bromine，and then converted into methyl 2，3-dimethoxypropanoate by reaction with sodium methoxide. The reaction conditions were optimized under which the target product was obtained in 57.8% yield with a purity of 68.7% （GC）. |
