4-二甲氨基-2′,4′-二羥基查爾酮的合成 |

摘 要:通過(guò)羥醛縮合反應,研究了在強堿(10%氫氧化鉀)、有機堿(哌啶)、弱酸(硼酸)三種催化條件下合成4-二甲氨基-2′,4′-二羥基查爾酮的反應?疾炝巳軇、溫度、物料配比、哌啶用量等因素對反應的影響,并得到優(yōu)化條件,在優(yōu)化的條件下,合成總收率為56.5%。 |

Abstract:The presented article studied the reactions to synthesize 4-dimethylamino-2′,4′- dihydroxychalcone. The routine method to prepare this chalcone is aldol condensation,which can happen in the catalysts of strong alkali(10% KOH),organic amine(piperidine),and acid(boric acid). We compared the performance of these three catalysts,and results show that piperidine is the best catalyst with yield of 56.5% . Also the reaction conditions of piperidine catalysis aldol condensation were optimized to fit mass preparation. |
