鹵素取代苯基哌嗪鹽酸鹽合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：鹵素取代苯基哌嗪鹽酸鹽是治療過(guò)敏、抗抑郁及抗高血壓等藥物的重要中間體，以二乙醇胺為起始原料，經(jīng)氯代反應、與鹵素取代苯胺的親核取代反應得到了7個(gè)鹵代苯基哌嗪鹽酸鹽，其結構經(jīng)紅外光譜、質(zhì)譜、核磁共振氫譜確認。通過(guò)對投料比和反應時(shí)間的研究，確定了一條較優(yōu)的合成路線(xiàn)，該路線(xiàn)中原料易得，反應容易控制，收率較高，為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)奠定了技術(shù)基礎。 |

| Study on the Synthesis of Halo-substituted Phenylpiperazine Hydrochloride |

| Abstract：Halo-substituted phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides are important intermediates for the drugs which are used for treatment of allergy，anti-depressant and anti-hypertensive. Seven halogenated phenylpiperazine hydrochlorides were prepared from diethanolamine via a chlorination reaction and a nucleophilic substitution reaction with halo-substituted aniline. The reaction conditions were optimized. All of the compounds were identified by IR，MS and 1H NMR spectra. The results showed that this route is suitable for industrial production with advantages of low cost，mild reaction conditions and high yield. |
