| 摘 要：建立了萘普生中間體 1 (6 甲氧基 2 萘基 )乙醇的高效液相色譜分析方法。流動(dòng)相 :甲醇 +水 =80 + 2 0 (v/v ) ,在C18柱上UV 2 38nm下測定其含量 ,方法精密度為 0 19,變異系數為 0 2 7% ,回收率在 98 5 %～ 10 0 4 %之間 |

| Abstract：A method was developed for determination of the intermediates 1 (6 methoxy naphthyl) ethanol in the syntheses of Naporoxen by HPLC. The sample was detected on ODS column taking methanol and water of 80∶20(v/v) as mobile phase at UV 238nm, The precision was 0.19 with RSD 0.27% and the recovery 98.5%～100.4%. |
