微波消解-火焰原子吸收法測定制革污泥中總鉻 |

| 摘 要：采用硝酸-鹽酸-氫氟酸三元混合酸體系對制革污泥進(jìn)行微波消解前處理，將各種形態(tài)的鉻轉化為水溶態(tài)鉻，然后通過(guò)火焰原子吸收分光光度法測定污泥樣品中總鉻的含量。結果表明：樣品加標回收率為86％～102％，相對標準偏差為14.3％，準確度和精密度較為理想。本方法適用于制革污泥以及其它含鉻污泥的分析測定，為污泥處理和資源化利用提供依據。 |

| Determination of Total Chromium in Tannery Sludge by Microwave Digestion-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Method |

| Abstract：Tannery sludge was pre-treated by microwave digestion with a mixed acid system containing nitric acid，hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. The various forms of chromium in the sludge were converted to water soluble chromium，which were then analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the recovery rate of the chromium was in the range of 81%～102%，and the relative standard deviation was 3.36%. The method is applicable to the determination of tannery sludge and other chromium containing sludge. |
