β-溴代苯乙烷的合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:以正庚烷作溶劑,溴化氫氣體以鼓泡的方式通入到反應體系中,在催化劑作用下,與苯乙烯發(fā)生反馬氏加成反應,得到目標產(chǎn)品β-溴代苯乙烷?疾炝舜呋瘎┓N類(lèi)、溶劑用量、反應溫度和反應時(shí)間等對收率的影響,結果表明,以偶氮二異丁腈作催化劑,反應溫度80~90℃,反應時(shí)間4 h,正庚烷作溶劑的條件下,產(chǎn)品收率為95%,純度大于99%。 |

Abstract:Beta bromoethyl benzene was obtained by the anti-Markovnikov addition of gaseous hydrogen bromide to ethyl benzene in n-heptane. Reaction affecting factors including the type of catalyst,the amount of solvent,the reaction temperature and the reaction time were discussed. Under optimized conditions (4 h/80~90℃)the target compound was obtained in 95% yield. |
