遼河稠油加醇降粘的初步研究 |

| 摘 要：針對常規降粘劑存在降粘費用高、加劑量大、環(huán)境效應等問(wèn)題，以遼河稠油為研究對象，根據乳化等效應提出了稠油加醇降粘的研究思路。采用流變測試技術(shù)，研究了醇種類(lèi)、加醇量對遼河稠油流變性的影響。旨在計算加醇用量和評價(jià)降粘效果，進(jìn)而為稠油加醇降粘提供理論依據，為探索經(jīng)濟型、環(huán)境友好型化學(xué)降粘技術(shù)起到鋪墊作用。實(shí)驗用低碳醇摻遼河稠油油樣，擬合粘溫曲線(xiàn)、流變曲線(xiàn)，結果表明低碳醇中，正戊醇為降粘效果最好的醇，且降粘效果與醇濃度正相關(guān)。 |

| Research on Viscosity Reduction of Liaohe Heavy Oil Mixing With Alcohol |

| Abstract：In view of the problems of high expense，large dosage and environmental pollution caused by the usual visbreakers， we have investigated a novel way to reduce the viscosity of Liaohe heavy oil with alcohols. The effects of classes and amounts of the alcohols on the rheological properties of Liaohe heavy oil were studied. The results showed that n-pentanol is the best visbreaker，and the visbreaking rate increased with the increase of the amount of alcohol. |
