氯甲基-乙氧基-二甲基硅烷的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了以乙醇和氯甲基二甲基氯硅烷為原料合成氯甲基-乙氧基-二甲基硅烷的實(shí)驗方法。探討了反應溶劑、反應溫度和氯化氫去除方式等影響因素，得出了適宜的反應條件：反應溶劑為石油醚，反應溫度65℃，用尿素做縛酸劑去除氯化氫，收率92%，產(chǎn)物純度98%。 |

| Synthesis of Chloromethyl-ethoxy-dimethylsilane |

| Abstract：Chloromethyl dimethylchlorosilane was synthesized by the reaction of chloromethyl ethoxy dimethylsilane with ethanol and the reaction conditions were optimized. The target product was obtained in 92% yield（purity 98%）while the reaction was conducted in petroleum ether at 65℃ using urea as the acid-binding agent. |
