吡唑醚菌酯懸浮劑的氣相色譜法分析 |

摘 要:建立了測定吡唑醚菌酯懸浮劑的氣相色譜檢測方法。采用乙腈鹽析萃取有效成分、以鄰苯二甲酸二正辛酯為內標物,RTX-1毛細柱為分離柱,FID檢測器進(jìn)行檢測的氣相色譜法對吡唑醚菌酯懸浮劑有效成分進(jìn)行檢測。結果表明:其線(xiàn)性范圍寬,線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數R為0.999 6,方法標準偏差為0.16~0.20,變異系數RSD為0.48%~1.01%;其添加回收率在98.28%~101.34% 之間,測定結果與反高效液相色譜法測定結果吻合,其相對偏差在1.5%之內。 |

Determination of Pyraclostrobin SC by Gas Chromatography |

Abstract:A GC method was established for the determination of Pyraclostrobin SC. The effective component was extracted with acetonitrile and analyzed by GC with RTX-1 capillary column and FID detector,and using di-n-octyl phthalate as the internal standard. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.9996,the standard deviation was 0.16~0.20,and RSD was 0.48%~1.01%. The recovery rate was in the range of from 98.28% to 101.34%. The relative deviation between the results from GC and from HPLC is less than 1.5%. |
