反相高效液相色譜法測定克瘟散原藥含量 |

| 摘 要：采用Waters Symmetry C18反相色譜柱，以乙腈+甲醇+水為流動(dòng)相，在256 nm紫外波長(cháng)下對克瘟散原藥進(jìn)行反相高效液相色譜法測定，原藥有效成分的相對保留時(shí)間約為13.6 min。以外標法定量測得本方法的變異系數為0.19％，平均回收率為100.08％，線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 7。 |

| Abstract：The content of edifenphos was determined by reversed phase HPLC with the column of Waters Symmetry C18 and the mobile phase of methanol／water／acetonitrile at 256 nm. The variation coefficient，the average recovery rate and the coefficient of linear correlation were 0.19%，100.08% and 0.999 7，respectively. |
