多殺菌素A的純化方法研究 |

| 摘 要：采用柱層析的方法從多殺菌素原料藥中提取多殺菌素A和D的混合物（85∶15），然后采用重結晶的方法從多殺菌素A和D的混合物中提取多殺菌素A。多殺菌素A提取的優(yōu)化條件為：甲醇為重結晶溶劑，多殺菌素A和D混合物質(zhì)量與甲醇體積比為0.1 g／mL。在該條件下多殺菌素A的重結晶收率為64%，純度為98.7%。 |

| Study on Purification of Spinosad A from Spinosad API |

| Abstract：A mixture of Spinosad A and D（85∶15）were prepared from Spinosad API by column chromatography on silica. Further recrystallization of the mixture resulted in Spinosad A（98.7%）in 64% yield under the following conditions：Methanol was used as the recrystallization solvent and concentration of the mixture of Spinosad A and D was 0.1 g／mL in methanol. |
