微波法合成5-叔丁基連苯三酚 |

摘 要:以焦性沒(méi)食子酸與叔丁醇為原料,在磷酸條件下,微波催化合成5-叔丁基連苯三酚。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗得出合成5-叔丁基連苯三酚的優(yōu)化條件為:n(連苯三酚)∶n(叔丁醇)= 5∶8,反應時(shí)間為 7 min,反應強度為中低火(231 W),收率達56.2%。 |

Abstract:5-tert-Butylpyrogallol was synthesized in 56.2% yield from gallic acid and tert-butyl alcohol catalyzed by microwave in phosphoric acid. The optimal conditions were obtained with the reaction time of 7 min under medium low heat and the molar ratio of gallic acid to tert-butyl alcohol was 5 to 8. |
