乙氧基乙酰氯合成工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以乙氧基乙酸為原料，氯化亞砜為�；瘎┖铣闪思兌容^高的乙氧基乙酰氯。并利用正交實(shí)驗的方法對合成條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，獲得優(yōu)化工藝條件：n（氯化亞砜）∶n（乙氧基乙酸）=5∶1，催化劑為N，N-二甲基甲酰胺反應時(shí)間為16 h，收率達97.8%。 |

| Study on the Synthesis of Ethoxyacetyl Chloride |

| Abstract：A high purity of ethoxyacetyl chloride was synthesized from ethoxyacetyl acid and thionyl chloride. Optimal reaction conditions were obtained based on orthogonal experiments that the molar ratio of thionyl chloride to ethoxyacetyl acid was 5 to 1，the catalyst was DMF and the reaction time was 16 h. |
