無(wú)水氯化鎂和三乙胺催化合成β-酮酸酯 |

| 摘 要：以丙二酸二乙酯為原料，在氫氧化鉀條件下將其轉變?yōu)楸釂我掖减モ淃}，研究丙二酸單乙醇酯鉀鹽在無(wú)水氯化鎂-三乙胺堿體系作用下，與酰氯反應制備β-酮酸酯的方法。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)1H NMR、質(zhì)譜、元素分析確證。該方法避免使用格氏試劑、氫化鈉、丁基鋰等強堿，條件溫和，操作簡(jiǎn)單，成本低，適合在實(shí)驗室和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中制備β-酮酸酯。 |

| A Safe and Economical Method for the Preparation of
β-Keto Esters |

| Abstract：β-Keto esters is a series of important and versatile intermediates in organic synthesis. In this paper，an economical method with high yield for the preparation of β-keto ester was developed starting from diethyl malonate via potassium ethyl malonate，which was reacted with acyl chloride under catalysis of anhydrous magnesium chloride-triethylamine system. This process avoids using of Grignard reagent，sodium hydride and n-butyl lithium. Therefore it can be conducted under mild conditions with low costs and suitable for commercial production of β-keto esters with high purity. |
