界面縮聚法合成四溴雙酚A聚碳酸酯的工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：以光氣和四溴雙酚A（TBBPA）為原料經(jīng)光氣界面縮聚，合成了四溴雙酚A聚碳酸酯，并對四溴雙酚A與光氣投料比、催化劑種類(lèi)及其用量、分子量調節劑用量4個(gè)因素進(jìn)行考察。優(yōu)化工藝條件為：四丁基氫氧化銨為催化劑，對叔丁基酚（TBP）為分子量調節劑，n（四溴雙酚A）∶n（光氣）=1∶1.3，n（四溴雙酚A）∶n（對叔丁基酚）=1∶0.028，n（四溴雙酚A）∶n（四丁基氫氧化銨）= 1∶0.022。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單，產(chǎn)品分子量分布窄，易于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

| Abstract：Tetrabromobisphenol A polycarbonate was synthesized from tetrabromobisphenol A and phosgene via interfacial polycondensation. The effects of the ratio of tetrabromobsphenol A to phosgene，the catalyst type and its dosage and the amount of moleuclar weight regulator were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows：tetrabutylammonium hydroxide as the catalyst，4-tert-butylphenol as the molecular weight regulator，n（Tetrabromobisphenol A）∶n（phosgene）=1∶1.3，n（Tetrabromobisphenol A）∶n（4-tert-butylphenol）=1∶0.028，n（Tetrabromobisphenol A）∶n（Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide）=1∶0.022. The process has advantages of easy to operation，narrow molecular weight distribution and convenient for scaled production. |
