界面縮聚法合成四溴雙酚A聚碳酸酯的工藝研究

摘 要:以光氣和四溴雙酚A(TBBPA)為原料經(jīng)光氣界面縮聚,合成了四溴雙酚A聚碳酸酯,并對四溴雙酚A與光氣投料比、催化劑種類(lèi)及其用量、分子量調節劑用量4個(gè)因素進(jìn)行考察。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:四丁基氫氧化銨為催化劑,對叔丁基酚(TBP)為分子量調節劑,n(四溴雙酚A)∶n(光氣)=1∶1.3,n(四溴雙酚A)∶n(對叔丁基酚)=1∶0.028,n(四溴雙酚A)∶n(四丁基氫氧化銨)= 1∶0.022。該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單,產(chǎn)品分子量分布窄,易于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

Study on the Synthesis of Tetrabromobisphenol A Polycarbonate by Interfacial Polycondensation

Abstract:Tetrabromobisphenol A polycarbonate was synthesized from tetrabromobisphenol A and phosgene via interfacial polycondensation. The effects of the ratio of tetrabromobsphenol A to phosgene,the catalyst type and its dosage and the amount of moleuclar weight regulator were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:tetrabutylammonium hydroxide as the catalyst,4-tert-butylphenol as the molecular weight regulator,n(Tetrabromobisphenol A)∶n(phosgene)=1∶1.3,n(Tetrabromobisphenol A)∶n(4-tert-butylphenol)=1∶0.028,n(Tetrabromobisphenol A)∶n(Tetrabutylammonium hydroxide)=1∶0.022. The process has advantages of easy to operation,narrow molecular weight distribution and convenient for scaled production.
