選擇測定Co2+的熒光探針化合物合成及性質(zhì)研究 |

摘 要:以鄰苯二胺和水楊醛為原料合成了2-(5-((3-(1H-苯并[d]咪唑-2基)-4-羥基苯基)甲叉基)-4-氧-2-硫代噻唑-3-基)乙酸。其結構通過(guò)紅外光譜、核磁共振氫譜和質(zhì)譜進(jìn)行了表征,并進(jìn)行了紫外和熒光性質(zhì)測定。通過(guò)測定甲醇溶液中15種金屬離子對該化合物熒光性質(zhì)的影響,發(fā)現鈷離子對該化合物的熒光有優(yōu)于其他金屬離子的淬滅效果。表明該化合物對鈷離子有較好的選擇性,可作為鈷離子的淬滅型熒光傳感器做進(jìn)一步的研究。 |

Synthesis and Fluorescence Properties of a New Fluorescent Compound for Determination of Co2+ Selectively |

Abstract:2-(5-((3-(1H-Benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)methylene)-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl)acetic acid was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and salicyladehyde. The structure was characterized by IR,1H NMR,MS,UV and FL spectra. It was found that Co2+ has better fluorescent quenching effect on 2-(5-((3-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-4-hydroxyphenyl)methylene)-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl)acetic acid than the other 14 metal ions which were tested in methanol. This special property indicates that this new fluorescent compound has good selectivity to Co2+,so it could be further studied as Co2+ fluorescent chemical sensor of fluorescent quenching. |
