丁腈橡膠／黑液-蒙脫土復合材料壓縮永久變形的研究 |

| 摘 要：以造紙黑液和蒙脫土為原料制備黑液-蒙脫土復合物（BL-MMT），并將其作為填料，通過(guò)機械混煉制備了丁腈橡膠／黑液-蒙脫土 （NBR／BL-MMT）復合材料�？疾炝薆L-MMT用量、硫化體系、填充體系對NBR／BL-MMT復合材料壓縮永久變形的影響。實(shí)驗結果表明：當BL-MMT的用量為50 phr時(shí)，使用過(guò)氧化物硫化體系的硫化膠壓縮永久變形優(yōu)于硫磺硫化體系，且隨著(zhù)過(guò)氧化物含量的增加，硫化膠的壓縮永久變形減小。當過(guò)氧化物為1.5 phr時(shí)，綜合性能較好。無(wú)機填料填充N(xiāo)BR／BL-MMT（100／50）復合物，將導致硫化膠的壓縮永久變形增大。在添加相同量的無(wú)機填料時(shí)，填充白炭黑的硫化膠壓縮永久變形最大，其次為輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣、重質(zhì)碳酸鈣。 |

| Study on the Compression Set of NBR／ Black Liquor-montmorillonite Composites |

| Abstract：Black liquor-montmorillonite composites were prepared by mechanical blending of NBR with black liquor-montmorillonite complex （BL-MMT），a mixture obtained from dehydration of blend from papermaking black liquor and montmorillonite suspension. The influence of the loading of BL-MMT，curing system，and filling system on the compression set of NBR／BL-MMT composites was studied. The results showed that the compression set of vulcanizates prepared from peroxide curing system was less than that prepared from sulfur curing system，and was decreased as the increase of the loading of peroxide as the loading of BL-MMT was 50 phr. When the loading of BIPB was 1.5 phr，the comprehensive performance was the best. Among the inorganic fillers in a sequence of precipitated calcium carbonate，ground calcium carbonate，and white carbon black，there is an increasing trend for the compression set of the vulcanizates of the NBR／BL-MMT（100／50）composites. |
