氣相色譜法研究水稻中粉唑醇和嘧菌酯殘留及其降解動(dòng)態(tài) |

摘 要:建立了同時(shí)檢測水稻中粉唑醇和嘧菌酯殘留量的分析方法。糙米、植株、谷殼或土壤樣品用乙腈提取,中性氧化鋁-活性炭(50∶1,m/m)柱層析凈化,采用基質(zhì)標標準曲線(xiàn),氣相色譜-氮磷檢測器(GC-NPD)檢測。結果表明,在0.02~1.00 mg/kg添加水平范圍內,粉唑醇、嘧菌酯在不同樣品中平均添加回收率分別在88.2%~106.4%和82.4%~106.7%,方法的最低檢出限為0.02 mg/kg。該方法采用基質(zhì)標準工作曲線(xiàn)校正,能快速、準確檢測水稻種植環(huán)境中粉唑醇、嘧菌酯殘留量。利用所建立的方法對湖南、河北、江蘇3地水稻植株及其土壤中粉唑醇和嘧菌酯的殘留降解動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究,結果表明,粉唑醇和嘧菌酯在水稻植株和土壤中的消解趨勢符合一級動(dòng)力學(xué)消解模式。 |

Determination of Flutriafol and Azoxystrobin in Paddy Samples Using Gas Chromatogrphy |

Abstract:A fast,simple and reproducible gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of flutriafol and azoxystrobin residue in rice. The plant,chaff and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up with column of neutral alumina-activated carbon,and analyzed with gas chromatography-nitrogen phosphorus detector (GC-NPD)by matrix standard curve correction. At the spiked level range from 0.02 mg/kg to 1.00 mg/kg,the average recoveries of flutriafol and azoxystrobin were 88.2%~106.4% and 82.4%~106.7% in different samples. The lower limits of detection of flutriafol and azoxystrobin were 0.02 mg/kg. The studies on the dynamic degration of flutriafol and azoxystrobin in rice field were carried out in Hunan,Hebei and Jiangsu provinces. The degradation curve was conformed to the first-order dynamic equation. |
