3′-氨基-4′-氟苯乙酮的合成 |

| 摘 要：以對氟苯乙酮為原料，經(jīng)過(guò)苯環(huán)的硝化、還原2步反應得到了3′-氨基-4′-氟苯乙酮，收率為36.1%，純度>98%，原料廉價(jià)易得，反應條件簡(jiǎn)單，具有工業(yè)化應用前景。 |

| Synthesis of 3′-Amino-4′-fluoroacetophenone |

| Abstract：3′-Amino-4′-fluoroacetophenone was synthesized from 4′-fluoroacetophenone in two steps in overall yield of 36.1% with purity of 98%. The results showed that this synthetic route is suitable for industrial production with advantages
of low cost，mild reaction conditions and easy operation. |
