配方因素對氯醚橡膠老化性能的影響研究 |

摘 要:研究了吸酸劑氧化鎂用量、填料配比和防老劑配比對共聚型氯醚橡膠(ECO)力學(xué)性能和老化性能的影響。結果表明,氧化鎂用量為10 phr、白炭黑用量為30 phr、炭黑用量為10 phr、防老劑N,N-二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸鎳(NBC)用量為2 phr時(shí),膠料綜合性能最好。拉伸強度為13.9 MPa,斷裂伸長(cháng)率為644%,100%定伸應力為2.6 MPa,硬度為71。125℃老化1 000 h后,拉伸強度保持率為100%,斷裂伸長(cháng)率保持率為26.4%。 |

Study on Effects of Formula to Thermo-oxidative Aging Properties of Epichlorohydrin Rubber |

Abstract:Effects of the loadings of acid acceptor(magnesium oxide),the proportion of fillers and the proportion of anti-aging agents on the mechanical properties and thermo-oxidative aging properties of epichlorohydrin rubber have been evaluated. The experimental results indicated that when the loadings of MgO,white carbon black,carbon black,and nickelous N,N-dibutyldithiocarbamate were 10 phr,30 phr,10 phr and 2 phr respectively,the over-all properties of rubber were the best. The tensile strength of rubber composite was 13.9 MPa;the elongation at break was 644%;the 100% modulus was 2.6 MPa and the hardness was 71. After aging at 125℃ for 1 000 h,the percent retention of tensile strength was 100% and the percent retention of elongation at break was 26.4%. |
