氟啶草酮原藥的高效液相色譜分析 |

| 摘 要：采用乙腈-水（0.5%冰乙酸）為流動(dòng)相，采用紫外檢測器，用反相高效液相色譜分析法分離測定氟啶草酮原藥中其含量。結果表明，所建立方法的標準偏差為0.185，變異系數為0.186%，回收率為99.04%，線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.998 1。 |

| Abstract：Fluridone was analyzed with reversed-phase HPLC equipped with ultraviolet detector using acetonitrile／water（0.5% acetic acid）as the mobile phase. The results showed the standard deviation of 0.185，the variation coefficient of 0.186%，the recovery of 99.04% and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.998 1. |
