2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸合成工藝改進(jìn)研究 |

摘 要:以均三甲苯為原料,經(jīng)氯甲基化、氰化和酸性水解制備2,4,6-三甲基苯乙酸。通過(guò)對氯甲基化反應條件的優(yōu)化,大幅降低了氯甲基化反應二取代雜質(zhì)2,4-二(氯甲基)-1,3,5-三甲基苯的量;通過(guò)將氰基堿性水解改為酸性水解,并對后處理方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),避免了堿性水解難過(guò)濾、含鹽廢水量大的問(wèn)題?偸章86.6%,產(chǎn)品含量大于99%。 |

Improvement on Synthesis of Mesitylacetic Acid |

Abstract:Mesitylacetic acid was obtained from mesitylene through chloromethylation,cyanation and acid hydrolysis. Improvements were made on the process of chloromethylation and consequently the by-product of 2,4-dichloromethyl mesitylene was greatly inhibited. The problems of hard to filter the hydrolysis product and occurrence of large amount of salinity wastewater were solved by conducting the hydrolysis reaction in acidic medium instead of basic and therefore the work-up procedure was improved. The product(99%)was obtained in overall yield of 86.6%. |
