庚酸薄荷酯的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以L(fǎng)-薄荷醇和庚酸為原料，4A分子篩為吸水劑，對甲苯磺酸為催化劑，經(jīng)酯化合成了庚酸薄荷酯，考察了反應條件對收率的影響，優(yōu)化工藝條件下，即n（L-薄荷醇）∶n（庚酸）=1∶2，4A分子篩5 g，對甲苯磺酸催化劑4%，反應8 h，庚酸薄荷酯的收率達80.0%。其結構經(jīng)1H NMR和GC-MS確認。 |

| Abstract：Menthol heptanoate was synthesized from L-menthol and heptanoic acid through esterification in the presence of the TsOH as the catalyst and zeolite 4A as the absorbent. The product yield was increased to 80.4% and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and GC-MS spectra. |
