高純度間苯二甲酸二甲酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以間苯二甲酸、氯化亞砜和甲醇為原料，通過(guò)兩步法制備了高純度間苯二甲酸二甲酯，優(yōu)化工藝條件：n（氯化亞砜）∶n（間苯二甲酸）=2.7∶1、n（甲醇）∶n（間苯二甲酰氯）=2.8∶1，溫度50~80℃，催化劑N，N-二甲基甲酰胺的質(zhì)量為間苯二甲酸質(zhì)量的0.9%，反應壓力為93 300~97 320 Pa。優(yōu)化條件下產(chǎn)品收率91%，產(chǎn)品純度>99%。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)熔點(diǎn)測定儀、紅外光譜儀和核磁共振儀確證。 |

| Abstract：Dimethyl isophthalate was prepared in two steps based on the raw materials of isophthalic acid，thionyl chloride and methanol. The product was characterized by melting point，IR and 1H NMR spectra，and the purity of the product was analyzed with GC. The factors which influence the reaction time and yield were also discussed. |
