鈀催化官能化芳基膦酸二乙酯的合成研究 |

摘 要:通過(guò)對催化劑、配體、堿、溶劑的優(yōu)化篩選,以官能化鹵代芳烴與亞磷酸二乙酯為反應原料,以無(wú)水乙醇為溶劑,Pd(OAc)2為催化劑,PPh3為配體,Et3N為堿,在80℃下反應24 h,以60%左右的收率合成得到了系列芳基膦酸二烷基酯衍生物,其結構經(jīng)FT-IR,1H NMR和13C NMR表征。 |

Synthesis of Functionalized Aryl Phosphonates by Pd Catalyzed Cross-coupling of Aryl Halides with Diethyl Phosphite |

Abstract:The palladium catalyzed arylation of diethyl phosphite with functionalized aryl halides was examined. With Pd(OAc)2(2%,n/n) as the catalyst,PPh3(6%,n/n)as the ligand,and Et3N as the base,the reaction was carried out in ethanol at 80℃ for 24 hours,affording the corresponding diethyl aryl phosphonates in moderate yields. The product structures were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. |
