納米氧化鋅的制備與表征

摘 要:對傳統的直接沉淀法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn) ,對反應溫度、攪拌速度、投料方式及洗滌條件等多種因素對產(chǎn)物納米氧化鋅的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結果表明 ,改進(jìn)的直接沉淀法制備納米氧化鋅具有工藝簡(jiǎn)單、成本較低 ,能夠得到六方晶系、球形 ,粒徑約為 15~ 2 5nm的納米氧化鋅

Abstract:Nanometer sized ZnO was synthesized by direct precipitation. The effects of reaction temperature, stirring, charging up and washing condition of product were studied. And the best reaction condition was comfirmed by orthogonal experiments.The research indicated that modified direct precipitation was superior to commercial homogeneous precipitation, with simple methodology and low cost. The ZnO particles prepared are spherical, hexagonal structure, and their demension are small.
