對甲苯磺酸催化合成醋酸仲丁酯 |

| 摘 要：以對甲苯磺酸為催化劑，冰乙酸、仲丁醇為原料合成了醋酸仲丁酯。利用正交設計法確定了反應的優(yōu)化條件：醇酸比1.6∶1，催化劑用量1.98 g，反應時(shí)間120 min，帶水劑用量15 mL。優(yōu)化條件下酯化率可達88%。 |

| Synthesis of sec-Butyl Acetate Catalyzed by p-Toluene Sulfonic Acid |

| Abstract：sec-Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and sec-butyl alcohol catalyzed by p-toluene sulfonic acid. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments including molar ratio of sec-butyl alcohol to acetic acid of 1.6∶1，dosage of catalyst of 1.98 g，reaction time of 120 min and water-carrying agent of 15 mL. Under these conditions，the esterification rate could reach 88%. |
