| 摘 要：HIV整合酶是人類(lèi)免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）進(jìn)入宿主細胞復制過(guò)程中必不可少的3種酶之一，而人體組織中沒(méi)有其生物功能類(lèi)似物，故HIV整合酶是抗艾滋病藥物研究的理想靶標�？偨Y了HIV整合酶的結構、生物功能以及目前關(guān)于二酮酸類(lèi)整合酶抑制劑的最新研究進(jìn)展，為研究新型HIV整合酶抑制劑提供參考。 |

| Abstract：HIV integrase is one of the three essential enzymes for HIV retroviral replication and it hasn't been found in human tissue. Therefore it is a rational target for the development of new anti-HIV drugs. Here, the recent progress of HIV integrase inhibitors is reviewed to provide some useful information for further research and development of the HIV integrase inhibitors. |
