| 摘 要：煙草是全球最重要的經(jīng)濟作物之一，而我國的煙草種植面積居世界之首。當前煙草病毒病，尤其是由煙草花葉病毒引起的病害，是影響煙草正常生長(cháng)的主要因素之一。綜述了國內外近年來(lái)有關(guān)吡唑、1，3，4-噻二唑和硫醚（砜）類(lèi)化合物在抗煙草花葉病毒活性方面的研究工作，并對其發(fā)展趨勢作了展望，期望對新型高效、低毒的抗病毒劑的創(chuàng )制工作提供理論基礎。 |

| Abstract：Tobacco is one of the most important economic crops in the world, and the Chinese planting area is the largest in the world. Currently, one of the main factors affecting the normal growth is caused by tobacco virus disease, especially tobacco mosaic virus. The recent research progresses on the anti-tobacco mosaic virus activities of pyrazoles, 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and sulfide (sulfone) derivatives were reviewed, and the future development trends were also presented. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis on the creative work for new, efficient and low toxicity of antiviral agents. |
